The switch-PoE + M4250-40G8F of NETGEAR is designed for AV over IP. It has PoE + ports on the rear panel to ensure perfect integration into AV racks. The M4250 switch is preconfigured for standard audio and video signals. Where requirements are specific, an AV user interface allows for customization with predefined profiles. Dante, Q-SYS and AES67 audio profiles are available, AVB profile requires AVB license sold separately. For video, the M4250 offers NVX, SVSI, Q-SYS, NDI, Dante, etc. profiles as well as mixed audio / video / control profiles. When multiple switches are connected, NETGEAR IGMP Plus technology allows you to automate connections.
