The AJA 3G-AM-BNC is an 8-channel AES audio embedder/disembedder Mini-Converter with 3G-SDI input and output up to 1080p 60, using a 25-pin D connector with a BNC breakout cable. AES disembedding is always functional, providing four AES outputs, while embedding is user-selectable on a channel-pair basis.

The AJA 3G-AM-BNC embeds and disembeds up to eight channels of AES audio on a 3G-SDI signal, supporting SD, HD and 2K formats up to 1080p 60. AES disembedding is always functional with four AES outputs, while audio embedding can be selected on a channel-pair basis to either pass the SDI input audio or embed input AES audio from the supplied BNC breakout cable. AES inputs are sample-rate converted to 48 kHz synchronous to the video input, and the unit automatically detects and configures the input video standard.

A universal power supply is included and the unit is backed by a five year warranty.
