The AJA HA5-12G-T-ST converts an HDMI 2.0 input to 12G-SDI for 4K/UltraHD single-link output, with two 12G-SDI distribution-amplifier outputs and embedded audio from the HDMI source or a 2-channel analog (RCA) input. This model adds a single-mode ST fiber output alongside the dual 12G-SDI BNC outputs.

The AJA HA5-12G-T-ST takes an HDMI 2.0 source up to 4K/UltraHD 60p and converts it to 12G-SDI, providing two distribution-amplifier 12G-SDI BNC outputs. It embeds up to eight channels of HDMI audio or two channels of analog RCA audio, supports HDR InfoFrame decoding and VPID generation, and includes EDID emulation to ensure correct signaling with the connected source. This model adds a single-mode ST fiber output alongside the dual 12G-SDI BNC outputs.

A universal power supply is included and the unit is backed by a five year warranty.
